Membership Toolkit
Membership Toolkit is a user-friendly app that allows you to receive the latest communications from the Middlebrook PTA, view the PTA Directory, sign up to volunteer, register for events, shop the school store, as well as pay your membership dues.
To join the PTA, simply purchase an annual membership via the Membership Toolkit online store, or send a check addressed to the Middlebrook PTA in the beginning of the school year with a completed registration form.
2023-24 PTA Dues: $15/ one-adult family or $20/ two-adult family
